From Central Station (CS):

When in front of the main station-entrance turn slightly to the left to the tramstops.
Take tram nr. 16 until tramstop at crossing de Lairessestraat/Jacob Obrechtstraat .
When leaving the tram turn left into the Jacob Obrechtstraat . Jellinek House is 2½ blocks down the street on the righthand side.
