Conference Questions
Conference Questions 2012
Bill W., Dr. Bob and other founding members of AA left us with a representative
democracy through which all members of AA participate in guiding the future
direction of AA.
All members of English language AA in Europe participate through the annual General
Service Conference in April in York, England to which sixteen regions, including the
Continental European Region, elect and send six delegates. As a means of structuring
the Conference, a Steering Committee of delegates elected by the regions selects six
sets of Questions each year from those received from regions, intergroups, groups,
and individual members.
